Once the cancellation request is confirmed, the subscription will be deactivated as per the billing cycle or immediately based on user preference.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds for paid subscriptions will be processed on a pro-rata basis for the unused subscription period after cancellation.
This means the refund amount will be calculated only for the remaining days of the subscription post-cancellation.
3. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be credited using the original mode of payment within 7-14 business days from the date of confirmation.
4. Non-Refundable Charges
The following will not be eligible for refund:

Users can read news and content without any subscription fee.
Paid subscription applies only to premium newspaper delivery and exclusive digital services (if applicable).
